ShadowGarden+ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Stream anime content for personal, non-commercial use
• Maintain a watchlist and track your viewing progress
• Access premium content with an active subscription

You may not:

• Download, redistribute, or re-broadcast any content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to bypass access controls or DRM protections
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access content

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Content

All anime content on ShadowGarden+ is licensed from rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShadowGarden+ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will remain available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShadowGarden+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
